The company was initially established in Tianjin in 2006. With the continuous growth and development needs of the enterprise, it moved to Wanjiang, Dongguan in 2011 and officially established Guangdong Zhenyuan. Starting from the original corrugated cardboard production management control system and ERP system software products, the company expanded its research and development and production, gradually acquiring corrugated cardboard cadre control systems (including cross cutting machines, longitudinal cutting machines, stacking machines, cutting machines, waste discharge machines, etc.), to the later corrugated cardboard whole line control system, and then to the transformation of corrugated cardboard production lines and intelligent logistics of the whole factory;

After 5 years of research and development, the Subaru 300 intelligent tile line was officially released in March 2017 at the Shanghai exhibition and successfully put into production in October; In 2018, a new generation of production management was launched online; Newly launched printing production management system; The first Subaru 400 was officially put into operation in 2019; The all-new third-generation Subaru 400S was launched in 2020; In 2021, Subaru launched the largest 3.3-meter smart tile line in the entire industry in China, and since then, Subaru has successfully become the top brand in the Chinese tile line industry.

In 2023, the first 3.3-meter Subaru smart tile line independently developed and produced by Zhenyuan in Asia was launched, which shocked the entire industry. The world's first 2.8-meter nine layer Subaru smart tile line and 3.0-meter seven layer Subaru smart tile line were also launched, marking the historic achievement of China Zhenyuan's Subaru series smart tile line.

So far, Guangdong Zhenyuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has won the first prize of the 2023 Packaging Industry Science and Technology Award for its "Key Technology Research and Industrialization of Wide Width and High Speed Intelligent Corrugated Paperboard Production Line", and has led the drafting of the industry standard "Multi layer Corrugated Paperboard Production Line". It has also been recognized as a "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" enterprise in Guangdong Province, a "Dongguan Engineering Technology Research Center", and a "Dongguan Collaborative Doubling Enterprise".
